Torre Millenium

Sabadell already has its emblematic building. This is the Millenium Tower, a 90-meter-high, 22-storey skyscraper located in the Eix Maciá that will become the business hub of the West Valley region. Promoted by Sacresa, and inaugurated at the beginning of February of 2002, the property has already been commercialized in a 50%.

 

The building, of an avant-garde character and designed by the architects Enric Batlle, Joan Roig, Juan M. Sanahuja and Ricardo Sanahuja, has a total of 20,183 square meters -12,635 meters for offices (17 floors), 2,164 for a large commercial First floor, ground floor and basement), 684 square meters for services and 4,194 parking (in three underground plants) with capacity for 150 vehicles. The last floor, 22, is a viewpoint with views of the city of Sabadell. The building is designed to receive all communication systems and has a modern system of pneumatic collection of urban waste.
